Armor Inspection LLC provides residential and commercial property inspections. Our services are intended to give clients (homeowners, homebuyers, home sellers, and realtors) professional insight into the condition of a property at the time of inspection. Reports are delivered through our secure online portal, powered by Spectora.
Our inspections are visual, non-invasive evaluations of a property’s accessible components at the time of inspection.
We make no guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding future conditions of the property or hidden defects that are not visible or accessible.
Clients should not use inspection reports as a substitute for specialized evaluations (e.g., structural engineers, pest control, HVAC specialists).
We use Spectora’s platform to provide inspection scheduling, forms, and reports. By using our services, you agree that your information may be collected, stored, and processed through Spectora under their policies (<a href=”https://www.spectora.com/privacy” target=”_blank”>Spectora Privacy Policy</a>).
Each client receives a unique login to access their personal inspection report.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Sharing login credentials with unauthorized parties is prohibited.
Inspection fees are due as specified at the time of scheduling unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your inspection or withholding of the inspection report.
All fees are non-refundable once the inspection has been completed.
Armor Inspection LLC is not liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our Site, inspection reports, or reliance on inspection findings.
Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the inspection service.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is owned by Armor Inspection LLC or licensed for our use. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our written consent.
